Insurance Requirements

1. General Liability: $1 million Coverage / $ 2 million Aggregate coverage
2. Workers Comp: $1 million coverage
3. Automobile: $1 million coverage

License Requirements

State of Florida Roofing License: Preferred
Business License

Business Requirements

Software: Must have a formal CRM that can accept new PO’s from us.
Field Management: Must have field managers that manage the crews on the job sites.
Safety Program: Must have a formal written safety program that is adhered to by the installers.
Warranty Tickets: Must be able to respond to all warranty tickets within 48 hrs.

The Process

1 Submit Inquiry

All companies who are interested in becoming an affiliate will begin by submitting an application online.

2 Discover Call

During this call we will discuss all of the benefits and requirements to this program. By the end of the call we will determine if your company is the right fit to join our legendary team.

3 Initial Vetting

At this point you will complete the vetting process which will include execution of the MSA (master service agreement- contract) as well as have you upload all required insurance/ license documents. Lastly, we will review all pricing exhibits with you.

4 Training

Here is where we separate the elite from the ordinary. We will begin with the basics, Installation requirements. After this we will transition to getting you and your team up to speed on how to properly use our proprietary software which includes a vendor portal. In the vendor portal you will be able to see all of your open PO’s and Projects.It even has a financial section that allows you to see, in real time, what projects have been completed that week and how much you are owed on the following pay cycle. Finally, you will be able to review and sign all lien releases digitally. That’s right, no need to drive around to sign releases so you can get paid.

5 Team Introduction

If you have made it this far you are in the top 1% of all the companies that apply to participate in our affiliate program, So congratulations. At this point, we will schedule an onsite meeting with you and our field management team. Here you will introduce your management team to ours. We believe that with clear communication anything is possible.
